Dehydration

Dehydration

my bad habit is that I almost forgot to drink water while I am busy and its make me feel very tired.

If you do not drink enough water, you will become dehydrated. Symptoms of dehydration include feeling tired or cranky, and a headache. Water and health are closely related. Without this simple liquid, your body cannot function well and in extreme cases, can cease to function altogether. "Dehydration makes your skin look drier and wrinkled, which can be improved with proper hydration,"

Water intoxication, also known as water poisoning or dilutional hyponatremia, is a potentially fatal disturbance in brain functions that results when the normal balance of electrolytes in the body is pushed outside safe limits by over-hydration.
But if you drink too much water, your kidneys can deal with it all, then various parts of your body will swell with overflow. This could include your brain tissue. When this happens, its known as a condition called brain edema.
In a normal day, a person has to drink a significant amount of water to replace this routine loss. The formula for daily fluid requirements depends upon an individual's weight
